Sushil Kumar Singla

Dr. Singla is a senior Indian Forest Service officer and an expert on forests, environment and climate change. Over nearly three decades in public service, he has worked on sustainable forest management, rural development, water resources, horticulture and pollution control. He writes on forestry, environmental governance and climate-resilient development, drawing on his experience in the Government of Himachal Pradesh and key assignments with the Government of India.
